Commercial Service Agreement
Our Service Agreement helps maintain your sprinkler system investment and ensures that you are not just throwing money away fixing leaks or keeping inefficient water schedules.
Automatic Rain offers two types of Service Agreements for our customers.
- Bronze package: Covers Spring Start-Up and Fall Winterization
- Gold package: Covers Spring Start-Up, Mid Season Check, and Fall Winterization
Major Benefits of an Automatic Rain Service Agreement are:

- Automatic Scheduling for Fall Winterization
Spring Start-Up: Water supply is turned on, system is checked for leaks, heads are adjusted and clock is set for spring watering. Automatic Rain will advise you of any needed repairs. Small repairs, like head replacement, will be done; larger repairs will be set up for a service call.
Mid Season Check: Automatic Rain will schedule an appointment to check for proper coverage of your lawn, check that all sprinkler heads are functioning properly, check for leaks, and set the clock for warmer weather.
Fall Winterization: Automatic Rain will perform a complete winterization of your sprinkler system. Water is shut off, all drains are opened, and air is pumped through the lines to clear out all the water with a compressor.
This is recommended on all systems even supposed self-draining systems.
